"I had the absolute pleasure of working with Liezl as my nurse coach over a series of four productive goal-setting sessions. Sometimes it feels hard to get in the right headspace to be super intentional about goals, but Liezl always welcomed me with warm, openminded enthusiasm that created a safe place to dream big and plan realistically. She helped me create a roadmap for my goal that felt attainable and less intimidating. She has the incredible ability to transition any preliminary nervous or anxious energy into productive go-getting fuel, which always made me leave our sessions feeling inspired. Liezl is a coach, captain, and cheerleader all in one. She makes you feel seen and heard, while helping you open your mind to new  possibilities

Through our sessions together, Liezl helped me to not only map out my goals, but create a toolbox of exercises and strategies that I can use over and over again. She was able to quickly pick up on my behaviors and personality to apply tools that are best suited for my work style. I have already applied the exercises she taught me a number of times for other projects and goals since our sessions! I am forever grateful for the time and wisdom Liezl has bestowed on me. I would recommend her coaching services to anyone! Liezl truly meets you where you are with the enthusiasm and readiness to dig a little deeper into any goal -big or small. She helps you realize that every step in your journey is meaningful and we must take the time to celebrate our wins and recognize every step that moves us in the right direction. If you choose to embark on this journey with Liezl, you will undoubtedly come out with more clarity and drive to accomplish your dreams! She's truly inspiring."

"Liezl held a safe space for me to remind me of my innate power and wisdom.  I especially appreciate and value the safety of our therapeutic container because I have experienced some “big T” trauma in the past.  She is a skillful listener and asks insightful questions.  She maintained respect by checking in with me before she offered a suggestion or different perspective.  Liezl saw and felt how radiantly my light shines and allowed me to be my own guide.

One of my recurring, challenging patterns has been self-sabotage.  As suggested by Liezl, I set up accountability systems within myself and also with a friend to build up more momentum for me to follow through on my wellness goals.  She extended me compassion during moments that felt vulnerable and messy.  As it turns out, these moments were some of the most transformative and empowering parts of our work together.  Liezl encouraged me to celebrate my wins, big and small, and to keep getting up after falling down ~ no matter what.

I now feel so lit up and confident moving forward along my path.  I am grounded in the new neural pathways that I have created and embodied; my body, mind, and spirit now truly remember that I already have all the tools I need to keep healing, growing, and expanding into the life of my dreams.  I highly recommend Liezl as a nurse coach to support you in anything that is coming up for you."

"Your coaching has changed my life by literally turning my thoughts into actions. You listened on a soul level and
probed me with just the right questions that brought clarification and epiphany. Before our sessions I was sincere in
making lists and plans well intentioned, but often disappointing in the follow-through. You were able to discern that it
wasn't my lack of will, but instead feeling worthy of the goals that I pursued. Now, I am able to move forward with
a successful plan that is completely custom made and perfect for me.

Working with you was pure joy! Always uplifting, always inspiring! I would recommend you highly!
Thank you for your warmth and elegance in your authentic guidance that brought real and profound change."

"I had the absolute pleasure and delight to work with Liezl as my nurse coach! When we started our coaching relationship I was a little all over the place. I wanted to focus on my blog and new business, but also had several personal things come up during this time. Working with Liezl really helped me focus. She helped me dive deep into what was at the heart of what I had going on. I found it so easy to open up to her. She really helped me feel comfortable and let me know that she believed in me. She held space for me as I processed some hard things. The benefits that I got from working with Liezl were huge!

As a result of us working together I was able to make and stick to some goals that specifically related to my business and helped me grow. She also helped co-create some ways to really deal with my anxiety in a way that allowed me to process. My anxiety was really getting in the way of my success and joy. Liezl helped me get to the other side of that. I discovered that building some specific ways to help work through when things were stressful and I felt anxious. She helped me decide on what were options that would help me to pause before I got too overwhelmed. Then I was able to use the goals and tools that we co-created to accomplish some things that I have wanted to get done for a long time.

She helped motivate me and allowed me to believe in myself. Specifically we created a plan on what to do when things don't go as planned. These are things that I can do when life is overwhelming. We also came up with a plan and manageable schedule for my business. This was an area I was really stuck and was very frustrated with myself for not getting it done. Liezl helped me name what I wanted to accomplish and we developed a road map to get there.  I will be forever grateful for the experience of having her as my nurse coach. She knew exactly when to push me, allowed me space to just talk, asked questions that helped make the answers just come to life!  I can't think of anyone who wouldn't benefit from working with Liezl. She brought a ray of sunshine to every session, she showed up 100% and gave me faith in myself."
